Guy Hart is a seasoned and veteran salesperson whose experience has proven invaluable to the success of our business. The long-term relationships he has established with both our customers and many suppliers over the years makes him one of the most sought after salespersons on our team. He often knows where to get just that little, hard-to-find item you were looking for (if he does not already have it in his desk somewhere).

If Guy does not already know you by name, he will make every effort to do so. You can be sure Guy will do his very best to make you feel at home as he gives you that small town, good old-fashioned customer service.

As Yard Foreman, Ron Hodgson efficiently manages every aspect of our lumber yard. As well as overseeing all the shipping and receiving, Ron ensures material is always in stock and that it is stored safely and carefully until you need it. Always dependable, Ron manages to maintain his good humour despite any circumstance.  He works persistently through any weather conditions, be it rain, sleet or snow.  Another avid fan of the game of hockey, Ron's favourite team are the Montreal Canadiens.

Ron's pleasant attitude and friendly demeanor make it a pleasure to visit our yard anytime.

Jason Hodgson has been our longest serving employee. He began working in the yard as a summer student while still attending high school.  Now Jason is an integral part of our team as he not only completes the majority of our deliveries, but also assists in ensuring that all the shipping and receiving runs smoothly.  In fact, when Ron joined our team years later, it was Jason who had to teach his father a thing or two.  It is pleasure to watch the camaraderie that these two share and our yard is a reflection of how well they work together.

Jason knows the area incredibly well and can be depended on to get your material to your location in a timely and orderly fashion.

Jackie Baldwin's voice is the first one you will usually hear when placing calls to the MORRISBURG BUILDING CENTRE and it is Jackie who then directs your call to the most qualified salesperson to assist you.

In between regular phone reception she finds time to manage all the “paper” processes within the company.

Rick Johnston is the Operations Manager of the MORRISBURG BUILDING CENTRE. He has been involved in the lumber and retail business in one capacity or another for the past 20 years.  As well as overseeing every aspect of operations here, he is our Purchaser and also fills the "Special Order Desk".

Margaret Johnston has been a part of the MORRISBURG BUILDING CENTRE from the day it opened.  She began "behind the scenes" doing a little bit of everything on an "as needed" basis.  Her job responsibilities over the years have encompassed yard service, counter sales and bookkeeping. As the business grew, more staff were added to the team to meet the growing needs of you, our customer, and Marg now devotes most of her attention to the area of Kitchen and Bath design.

 

She is certified in the use of 20/20 Design, a current and innovative computer design program. Marg enjoys the fulfillment the creative aspects this department allow her and is always enthusiastic about the new and exciting products available in this area of home construction/renovating. She would be more than happy to help you visualize your creative design ideas and make them a reality for you.
